A sense of foreboding lingered in Skai's mind. In just a moment of distraction, two bright tail flames indeed appeared on the distant sky, racing towards them at incredible speed.

A squad scrambled out of the truck with single-man missiles in hand, opened the lens covers, connected the visualization systems, and attempted to lock onto the incoming military drones.
However, as soon as the ultraviolet and infrared lasers from their missiles tried to lock on, a warning immediately flashed on the pilot's side.

With a disdainful snort, they swiftly activated their electronic warfare systems, aiming intense electromagnetic interference signals and microwave radiation directly at the laser signal sources.
If it were a fully-fledged anti-aircraft system, they wouldn't dare try such tactics even if they had the guts, but these Cubans couldn't handle these weapons anyway.
