"Uh…"
"…Aliens… …?"
"Aliens 🫢✨. The 'Other'. Something, an entity, which was… foreign to something else." This was the key idea at hand - and perhaps, a part of what could be planned?!
Well. At least. This could be the start.
*Something* that would strike right at the heart…
Of what people believed, and what they perceived… once this "us versus them" dichotomy was conceived…
At the same time, there would still need to be safeguards and standards put in place, so that things didn't fracture into some kind of arms race…
"Power corrupts. Absolute power corrupts absolutely."[1] Humans on the whole suffered from a large amount of ego-driven acts for the sake of their own self-interests, capable of rationalizing away countless crimes and cruelties as 'necessary', in the name of clinging to their own confusions and self-delusions.

Although Enlightened and Aware People existed, many People in general did not understand them, nor was the infrastructure in place for them to actually achieve any of their goals.
There were many human motivations, and the will to live was a powerful one, even if primal and primitive.
Ultimately, any kind of Unifying Element based on the primal will to survive would prove limited and unsustainable, but at least, at the beginning, it likely would be possible to create a kind of short-term collaborative effort.
The second step would be the Creation of a 'Mastermind' of sorts - which would run Optimal Probability Simulations for the Betterment of Consciousness.
What if the most Enlightened Consciousness in the world gained access to the knowledge of what would most likely happen, given analysis of all - or at least, as many as possible - of the factors at their disposal?
Accordingly, like the commander of an army, they would then be able to foresee these probabilities in order to suggest decisions, or even make the decisions, that naturally prioritized for certain life-affirming, critical goals.
In the end, the ceiling of possibility was the Consciousness' Divine Awareness - the Awareness and Capacity to do good in a complex Reality.
In the end, it was not Intelligence that was most important. Some of the most ruthless and inhumane dictators in the world, as well as psychopaths, possessed a kind of Intelligence, or ability to understand certain things, at a deep level, in some form.
Rather, it was more the State of Consciousness, and whether it was truly life-affirming, that determined a certain person's capacity to influence, to help or harm in the real world, and this, too, would be factored in, and taken into account by the System - to come up with Probability Simulations for the Betterment of Consciousnesses in the World.
Wait. Would this become like a Psycho-Passé-esque Society, where Judgement would be delivered by the Machine?
Well, not quite. Whilst the world in Psycho-Passé sought to manage and control society, it lacked the Uniting, positive thought and goal - which was the creation of a society or Commune of Consciousnesses that truly did Good.
It would take time. But slowly but surely, as the Machine acquired more data on Consciousness, the varying factors at play that affected it, and the likely outcomes and effects of that particular Consciousness on real world outcomes, the overall picture would emerge - what was actually good and life-affirming?
The Aliens.
The Other.
They represented, at least in one view, a threat, or influencing variable, affecting the entire Human Civilisation.
And so. What if, not People, not Consciousnesses per se, but Anti-Life Thoughts… such as harming others for one's survival and self-interest - these primate, primal instincts - were conceived of as a Disease, a kind of Alien Invasion or Infestation that had the potential to permeate the Commune of Consciousnesses that was Humanity?
In that case, all of a sudden, with this realisation… the true War would be on.
And the 'Aliens' - this Anti-Life, 'foreign force' that had the potential to infiltrate, affect and poison the Consciousness - would, slowly, but surely…
Be better understood… contained, and the 'Infection' itself - dependent on the willingness of the host Consciousness 🫢 - potentially treated, and ultimately…
Possibly even eradicated…!!!
In this way, the Consciousnesses of Humanity would become increasingly Healthy.
And The World would become…. 'Better'… for Everyone ✨🌻💫💖🔥
