Priscilla Ungardétu - "Pris" for short - was a female officer who also did the rounds, and accordingly, by chance entered Ly Ly's surrounds - which is, rather to say, her… hunting grounds… 👀✨
Whilst Jael Gardéoné had become Human Resource #1, Pris Ungardétu had instead become more… like… 'Mom'…
Indeed. Pris Ungardétu - as her name suggested - had been around for a very long time[1], and there was very little, in terms of crime, that she hadn't seen.

Speaking of 'seen'...
The Prison scene was, in the end, a dangerous place. This - despite the glamorization in the movies - was the fact that Ly Ly had to face.
As a result, Ly Ly, keeping in mind the principle "First Survive before you Thrive", first needed to make sure she was, as much as possible, *protected* - only then could she begin to get more… connected…
