As the publicity for the event began to grow, the public and people began to increasingly know… of the fact that this fight was actually a thing - that Arroe Gant vs Meatius Maximus was actually happening?!

As always, in order to get a better sense of just what was going on, and to provide a more immersive experience for the esteemed readers to enjoy, we turn once again to one of our most 'experienced' [1000+ hrs on Date-A-Livé], battle-worn [EV-trained all his shiny Pokémonés to level 100] [anime-waifu-]hardened and well-lubricated 'Top operatives' in the field, Agent Kevlin, to give us the blow-by-blow - not literally though, come on guys what are you thinking ~✨ - on what was the go…

"I know. It's been a while. Since I downloaded Gigachad's file [in Chapter 22]. But I… I've been… busy. Uh… Training."
Agent Kevlin continued explaining.
After releasing his Tactical Kumbat(™) gear series, including his (in)famous 'bullet-proven' vest from Chapter 124, he had decided to dedicate himself even more deeply into his… research.
Initially, he had been scorned.
Many had even warned… him that he needed to, in their words, 'go outside more', 'touch some grass', and 'actually attend a class… in person' as opposed to just going on his 'virtual excursions'… online, in short to find a better way to spend his time.
Currently, as a matter of fact, Agent Kevlin spent the majority of his time on a 'VR MMORPG' called 'Batér'.
Batér was his favourite… game, [with… 'FPS elements', giving him a certain amount of 'startup-seed' and ammunition daily to 'shoot his shots'] and at which he was a Master…
Whereas, in comparison, the real world outside was surely… dangerous, and likely filled with 'just-waiting-to-happen' disaster!
Besides… he had… Witnessed.
Gigachad. The daddest of dads. The maddest of lads. The baddest of bads.
Compared to him, things had looked grim for our young shonen, Kevlin.
Gigachad had set the bar too high, weighted it down with weights that reached the sky, lifted up with a pinky finger twice the size of Kevlin's thighs…
So then… Agent Kevlin had realised… Why try?
His time and talents would be better spent…
instead of striving where he wouldn't ever make a dent, all the while struggling to pay his rent, instead, he would choose to make his 'Top Operative' Skills count - invest them where he might at least amount… to something more than a wannabe - instead, it would be better to focus, on building up a different… 'skill tree'…
And so had come the Tactical Kumbat Series(™) gear - designed in a way that had no peer [🤔✨🤭🔥]. They had even been used on a VR Reality show [in Chapters 124-130 ✨] - and so, slowly but surely, his niche and influence had begun to grow… !!!
