The flight took eleven and a half hours, landing at the private aviation terminal at São Paulo's Guarulhos airport. They enjoyed the full perks of private aviation, going through immigration within minutes before they were on their way out of the airport to the hotel in a pre-booked car that was waiting for them.
It was still 3:00 AM local time, and although they weren't feeling as tired as they would have if they had flown commercial, due to the higher pressurization reducing jet lag, they still needed additional rest, so they headed to the hotel. They arrived and immediately went to sleep, as Fatih needed as much uninterrupted rest as possible to be in tip-top condition by the time he headed to the track.
