The fire lava planet known as Mustafar had erupted on the surface, leaving lava to boil every where. DarthVader was in his tank, using it in his fortress on Mustafar for healing, and meditation, the one place where he is never disturbed. The dark lord used his anger to further his treatment. The water had filled his burned body with wires wrapped around his shoulders. Vader breathed through the mask that was placed around the lower part of his face, breathing bubbles inside the tank. Things were peaceful inside where he was,it helped him concentrate with his anger.
Once the door opened, it had caused the dark lord to lift his eye, sensing who was coming.
Vader's servant Vanee kneeled before his Master, his cloak surrounding his body. Most people would be afraid to enter around this time, but not Vanee, he was one of, if not the most loyal servant to Darth Vader, "Master, we got a transmission from the Grand Inquisitor on Nur. Apparently the found Kenobi"
Vaders eyes opened red, he immediately demanded to get put back into his suit. Vanee stepped back, allowing the medical droid to put it on for him, but Vader instead used the force to pull it away, attaching his cybetics before putting on the full suit.
Darth Vader stood tall, his suit menacing as every time he put himself back in. He looked at the follower, "Tell Grand Inquisitor that I am on my way to Fortris Inquisitorius"
"It will be done my lord" the pau'an bowed his head before ending the transmission
Instead of saying anything else, Vader went straight for his shuttle planning to settle the matter once and for all.
Obi-Wan was in his cell, arms, and legs strapped.to a table. He waited patiently, as his friends were planning a break in from the outside. This caused the former Jedi to meditate, concentrating.
The door opened to his cell. Reva stepped out, flexing her cape. She laid a dark stair into Obi-Wans blue eyes before giving a smirking grin, glaring at the former Jedi, "The Grand Inquisitor had just contacted Lord Vader, he is on his way to deal with you Obi-Wan"
Obi-Wan looked at her something familiar. That is when he spoke, "I could feel it, you did not just kidnap a Senator's daughter to draw me out, but him. You were there at the temple the night of Order 66, you know who Darth Vader is"
Reva turnered, her angier only grew, and Obi-Wan could feel it, she spoke with an unemotional voice, "I remember our home being attacked, our instructors were put down by the clones, that is when he encountered him. I thought he was going to rescue us, but before we knew it, he activated his lightsaber. The man known as Darth Vader wore the skin of a Jedi, he cut down each of my friends until I was left. He would have stabbed me if one of the temple guards didn't come in. I was forced pushed unconscious. When I woke up they were all dead, each, and everyone of the children I knew were dead, and its all your fault. You trained him, and he killed all of them"
"I had no idea" before Obi-Wan could finish, she slapped him across the face. Obi-Wan only turned back to her, "This is a trap isn't it? For him?"
"Once he gets here, he will be focused on you, that is when I will get my revenge"
"Reva, this isn't going to end the way you think. Let me help you" Obi-Wan then felt a punch to his gut, as Reva swung her fist into it.
"Why should I listen to you? Do you really want him dead?" Reva, not getting any words out of him, turned her back, and left, but not before speaking, "Don't worry about the girl. We will return her, but after you, and Anakin are dead"
Quinlan Vos was outside, watching Reva leave the integration room, he could feel the dark aura around her. Vos looked at the room where Kenobi was being held, he felt doubts creep up in his mind, what he was doing was wrong. His hatred couldn't allow him to harm children. Every inch of his body wanted to go in there, but he had to do something first.
Quinlan walked to the room where the Senator's daughter was being held. The Grand Inquisitor knew what value she had, so he wanted the guards to protect her. The two Stormtroopers stood outside with their hand held weapons. He had gone up to them, ordering him that no one was to see the prisoner. Quinlan looked at the door, and much to his surprise, he could feel a familiar, but strong resistance coming through her. He was about to turn away, but his fingers were twitching towards his lightsaber. Before he knew it, he had activated his blade, and sliced through one trooper before turning to decapitate the other. Quinlan opened the door to find the young Leia Organa pacing around, she was scared, not sure what to do. When she first arrived she had mentioned who her family was, and made threats to hold them accountable. This young girl ignored her tears that were slowly dripping down, and stood up ready to fight.
Vos deactivated his lightsaber, "Don't worry child, I am not here to hurt you"
"You guys brought me here" Leia protested.
"I had no idea what the Third Sister was doing, but I am here to rescue you. There is a Jedi here that came to rescue you, we find him, and get out of here"
Leias head tilted, "The Jedi are dead"
Quinlan shook his head, "Not all of them" he opened the door only to find the Grand Inquisitor just standing there, waiting. Leia hid behind his leg, not sure what to do.
"Brother, what are you doing?" the pau'an demanded.
"I am taking this girl out of here. Its like you said kidnapping an Imperial Senators daughter looks bad on the Empire" Quinlan said with calm, and collectivism. He notices the Grand Inquisitor looking at the bodies of the dead troopers. While observing the dead, he noticed the lightsaber of Obi-Wan Kenobi hanging from his belts.
"I think not, the young girl will stay here until Kenobi is delt with"
Leia looked at Quinlan, who looked at the Grand Inquisitor back, their eyes locked into each other, each of them inching towards their lightsabers. Before either of them knew it, both their crimson lightsabers clashed. Leia hides in the corner, watching the two clash. Both fallen Jedi were evenly matched in their lightsaber lock. Quinlan looked into the corner, then back at the Grand Inquisitor. He then looked back at Kenobi's lightsaber. Quinlan deactivated his lightsaber before grabbing the Grand Inquisitor's arm, and throwing him in the cell. He then retracted the lightsaber on the pau'ans belt before giving him a smirk. The Grand Inquisitor raged, but Vos had already closed the door. What was worse is that he had his lightsaber dropped before being thrown in, causing the pau,an to get more angry. He screamed and cursed, as he slammed his fists on the door.
Quinlan turned to Leia who was still hiding in the coroner, he motioned for her to follow him. The two sprinted through the halls, any stormtrooper they could find was cut down by Vos's lightsaber. He made sure to take them out quick, so no reinforcements would be called.
The two made it to where Kenobi was being held. Quinlan used the force to get it to open.
Obi-Wan was there looking down before he turned his head in shock. He looked at his old friend, then at the girl. He recognized her, he held her as an infant, she has the same resemblance as her mother, and the same determination in her eyes as her father. Obi-Wan looked at Quinlan in silence. He stepped forward, reading his hand. Obi-Wan closed his eyes, but found his restraints were released.
Obi-Wan looked up at Quinlan who gave him his lightsaber back. Without hesitation, Kenobi took it, but didn't put it down. His gaze then shifted to Leia, he immediately knelled besides her.
"You hurt little one?" he asked with softness in his voice.
"I heard you are a Jedi?"
Obi-Wan nodded his head, "I have known your father for many years no, an, Bail is a good friend of mine. He sent me here to rescue you" Obi-Wan looked at Quinlan, still uncertain of his motivations, "Did you really rescue her?"
"I did, after seeing how extreme first hand the Empire is, I wanted out. The darkside in this place is hard to resist"
Obi-Wan could feel the conflict within him. He sighed before laying a hand on his old friends shoulder, "I know, I am just glad you came around, now come we need to get out of here"
The three stepped out of the room to figure a plan out.
"It's going to be hard to find an Imperial ship to use" Quinlan pointed out.
"Don't worry, the people that rescued me is planning an attack on this place. I just need to contact them" before Obi-Wan could continue, the ground shook.
A wave of stormtroopers was coming towards them, each raised their blasters, but they were all shot from behind. Obi-Wan turned his hand on Quintana arm, slowly bringing it down. He knew who this was.
The trooper removed his helmit to show the face of Cody. Cody glared at Vos, but Obi-Wan stepped in between before a fight could break out, "You sure took your time"
"Sorry sir had to take a stormtrooper's armor. Things are tight" the two chuckled. He then turned his gaze at Quinlan, "He is on our side now?"
"That's what I'm trying to figure out, but right now we need to go. I hear sound outside"
"Yes, Kawlan sent his strike. The Senator ships are better then we thought. Apparently they are from the Old Republic era so the Empire won't track us. We just need to go"
"We need to find Tala first" he then heard static through the piece he had in his ear.
"Master Kenobi" it was Tala, she sounded distress but calm.
"Tala, where are you? We are just about to leave"
"I am a little tied up here"
Obi-Wan felt concern, and could feel she was in danger. He turned to Cody, "Go with Quinlan, and get Leia out of here. I am going to find Tala"
Without a word Cody did what he was ordered. Quinlan looked at Obi-Wan who had locked eyes with him agian. He spoke, "May the force be with you Obi-Wan"
Obi-Wan watched, as the three were leaving. He had whispered, "May the force be with you old friend" he then put his fingers on his ear piece, "Tala, where all you"
"She's in the main control room, come or she dies" Obi-Wans recognized the voice, it was Reva, she continued talking, "You will come alone to the west side control room, and surrender, if not, your girlfriend dies"
Obi-Wan bit his lip, watching his friends continue running off until he couldn't see them. He complied, and turned in the opposite direction. Meanwhile he could feel how quickly the battle had escalated. The building was ready to go on full lock down, but Kenobi wasn't going to give up, he would rescue Tala, and get out.
