Cliffjumper was set off by Ultra Magnus to investigate the nearby hospital while he tries to figure out what that vortex area is. Cliffjumper finally arrived to it and it looked to be a large old blue hospital with paints coming off it. He was a little unsettled, looking at it side to side as he decided to enter it. It smelt wet inside, there were wheelchairs pushed to the sides of the walls. There was also a couple of tables in the man room which had leaflets, paper notes, pens and pencils. It didn't actually have so many technological advancements and a black landline phone was seen on the wall. The reception desk was empty with no one sitting there and Cliffjumper decided to explore the rest of the hospital as he opened the door. The hallway was empty but low groaning sounds could be heard as Cliffjumper turned his head around and something crawling could be heard. He jumped back seeing a shadow at the end of the corridor. They were tall, had their head to the side, their fingers look to have burns craved inside and something horrible could be smelt from there. Cliffjumper was praying for his life as he saw them turn their head at him. They began to run at him as he ran through the other hallway, trying to get away as quickly as possible as he went into a locker and closed the door. They looked around before passing and he got out of there. What did he just deal with?
He looked at the end of the corridor as they were looking around and they turned to him. His optics widened seeing a human who had his arm cut off, the skin looked to have melted off slightly and his mouth was completely gone. The underside of his head was completely open and apart of his jaw was missing but the rest remained. He had a yellow fluid and water covering him slightly and his fingers had burns. His eyelids had tears open and a part of his neck had a large open wound. Their eyes had a yellowish tint to it and was bloodshot. Cliffjumper looked wanting to run away but they seemed to notice something and turned their attention to it, running after whatever there could be. He said in surprise "That yellow chemical, it's the same one that mangled up those Cybertronians! But, it didn't kill him. I wonder what caught his attention?" Which he thought might be different for every species. Either way, the chemical showed the same results on every victim, they were horribly disfigured in ways he could not imagine. It frightened him to say the least. Now that he got more information on what exactly that chemical was doing, he needed to get more answers. So what other choice then to get to the room with the medical records? He went on his own way, his footsteps loud and heavy as a Cybertronain. He finally came inside of room after running for a while and it didn't smell horrible surprisingly enough as compared to when he was in the main room.
He opened up one of newer medical files and looked through its contents, it wasn't the correct one so he put it back into the shelve. He soon mumbled "This better be quick." To himself before finding a oddly white coloured file that wasn't beige as he opened it up. It was about flowers and their different healing effects but the side effects were also labelled. Some flower nectars are poisonous and were unable to be consumed, which can leave behind blisters, scarring, nausea, open wounds and more. He put away the file, thinking about that death body that was covered in flowers. He heard someone calling him and he responded with "Yeah?" And they replied with "Cliffjumper! We need you back here! We have finally found something. Have you found anything?" Cliffjumper answered back with "Of course, I feel like this may be interesting." Ultra Magnus stated with a strict tone "Come back instantly." Cliffjumper turned off his comms as he went out of the room and through the window he found in the hallway. He landed on the ground and transformed into his vehicle mode as he drove off with annoyance, his tires stirring up the dirt and he moved to get to the valley as quickly as he can get to there. He could hear the rumbling noise of his engine as he arrived and transformed out of his own mode and landed downwards.
He saw Ultra Magnus and Jazz looking over something and he ran over to them and questioned "Whatever the slag did you call me for to run here?" As Ultra Mangus pointed and Cliffjumper looked down from the high area as his optics looked seeing light come out of the open cracks as he said "Whatever is that?" Jazz turned and retorted with "We aren't sure, we got some large signals coming from here and we seem to find something interesting." Cliffjumper jumped as he stated "I'll go check it out." As Ultra Magnus yelled "Wait where are you going!? Cliffjumper come back!-" As he tried to grab Cliff but failed. His speech also cut off as Cliff slid down the steep mud. He landed as he felt the rocks below him. There seemed to be a warm heat below him before a massive amount of energy manage push him into the air and made him fly backwards as he lifted his head. He yelled "What the frag!" As he landed on the ground with his back against it. He looked up seeing the rocks floating in the air as the two Autobots ran at him "Ya okay? You just flew up into the air like that and I seen some weird stuff coming from me." Jazz looked as he helped the short red bot up. "F-Frag." Cliffjumper coughed as his voice box was glitching out again, he hasn't had that issue in a while. "J-Just help me or s-something!"
Ultra Magnus was about to scold him but stopped when seeing Cliffjumper in a struggling state as he nodded. They turned seeing what looks to be a hole in the ground as there looked to be some sort of robotic tendrils coming out of there. Jazz pointed his gun upwards and shot the tendrils as a distorted scream came out of the hole and the tendrils went back in there. Jazz seemed stunned and said "I didn't know we were dealing with this sort of slag!" Cliffjumper rolled his optics and responded "Y-Yeah, what did you expect." As Ultra Mangus quickly shut him up.
