Because of that, the Sacred Rainbow Heaven Planet was like a safe harbor and the capital of the universe. Normally, there was a grand trade there, and anyone in the universe could visit and spend time there, as long as they paid a not-too-high fee.
But this month, the Celestial Tournament would take place there. Because of that, the rules had changed a little, so the tournament could happen perfectly.
