The foremost rider was now unmistakable: Liora Virell stood on Collossith's massive head, hands set at her hips, four figures braced behind her.
"I don't believe she truly subdued a Rank 4 Spark." Sevrak's face grew harsher as he burned his energy reserves.
The biggest difference between a subdued Spark and a Wild Spark was this: a Wild Spark could use the surrounding energy to power its skills—virtually without limit—while a subdued Spark had to spend its owner's energy. As Sevrak prepared a single strike, he was already pouring out a large amount of his own energy.
