Ella: Mr. Mah…
Mr. Mah: Yes? What happened?
Ella: I'm sorry. That day, I was a bit rude to you.
Mr. Mah: What day?
Ella: Are you joking, or did you really forget?
Mr. Mah: Continue. I don't have much time.
Ella: Well, I was a bit rude that day — and so were you! But let's just forget it. Everyone fights, but forgiveness is the real end, right? So… let's end this. (She extends her hand for a handshake.)
Mr. Mah: You know, apologizing is compulsory — but forgiving isn't.
Ella: That's a dialogue, I know. And you also know you're not a good actor. (She raises her eyebrows teasingly.)
Mr. Mah: (smiles faintly) Well, I forgive you.
Ella: Damian was right. You really are a cool guy.
Mr. Mah: You told Damian about our fight?
Ella: No, he doesn't know what it was about. But I told you, you're not a good actor — he saw you angry and figured it out.
Mr. Mah: You'd better not tell him.
Ella: I'm not stupid. Oh, by the way, I wanted to ask something.
Mr. Mah: What?
Ella: Damian said he wanted some rest — maybe a day off.
Mr. Mah: Hmm. I'll look into it and try to give him a lighter schedule soon.
Ella: Yeah.
Mr. Mah: Oh, and did I tell you? The story you wrote — its first episode is airing next week on XYZ Platform.
Ella: What!! Really?! (surprised, teary-eyed)
Mr. Mah: Yes, and some of the clips we used for the trailer went viral — especially Damian's scenes. People are saying the character feels like him, just in a different timeline.
Ella: (tears up) Ah… (She starts crying out of happiness.)
Mr. Mah: Hey, stop crying. People will think I made you cry.
Ella: (laughing through tears) Does Damian know this?
Mr. Mah: He'll find out today too.
Ella: Can I make a call, please?
Mr. Mah: Of course.
Ella: Thank you! (She rushes outside, takes out her phone, scrolls through her contacts, and taps on Family ❤️. Her brother, Eaden, answers.)
Eaden: Hello?
Ella: Where are Mom and Dad?
Eaden: Why, are you actually going to talk to them now?
Ella: Just call them!
Eaden: Okay, wait. Mom! Dad! It's Ella — she's calling! Come fast!
Mom: Really?! (She and Dad hurry over. Mom takes the phone.) Ella?
Ella: Mom… I made it.
(Both start crying.)
Dad: What happened? Give me the phone if you're both going to cry. (He takes the phone.) Ella?
Ella: Dad, I missed you so much.
Dad: My princess, I missed you too. When are you coming back?
Ella: Soon, Dad.
Eaden: Hey, what did you say that made Mom cry?
Ella: Put the phone on speaker.
Dad: Okay, okay. Done. Speak.
Ella: Mom, Dad, Eaden — I made it. My script's first episode is airing next week on XYZ Platform!
Mom, Dad, and Eaden: Really?!
Ella: Yes!
(After her family call, Ella wipes her tears, smiling softly. The backstage door opens — Damian walks out happily, his energy radiant. When he spots Ella, he runs toward her and gently hugs her.)
Damian: You made it!
Ella: (a little shocked but smiling) Yes, I did.
(She hugs him back.)
Damian: We need to party today! (He pulls away quickly.) Oh—sorry if you didn't like that. (He rubs the back of his neck awkwardly.)
Ella: No, that's fine. (Trying to hold back her smile.)
