Chapter 54 - The Miracle of Love

"The Night You Stole My Heart"

The sound of strong winds echoed through the air.

Tree branches collided with one another, whispering softly—

as if the atmosphere itself was repeating a secret:

that two hearts were talking about crossing every boundary for love.

Meanwhile, their eyes were completely lost in each other.

Ramish slowly leaned closer,

bringing his lips near Richer's.

Richer immediately panicked.

He quickly pushed himself back and said,

"You shameless man…!

What kind of things are you saying?

I told you from the very beginning—

don't even think about that."

A mischievous smile appeared on Ramish's lips.

He leaned even closer,

placing both hands on the table,

bringing his face dangerously close to Richer's as he whispered softly,

"All I want…

is for you to confess your love to me tonight.

And promise me…

that no matter what circumstances come our way,

you will always keep loving me.

That you will never stop loving me…"

For a moment, Richer froze.

His heartbeat quickened,

and a thin layer of sweat appeared on his face.

He took a deep breath and said,

"Oh…

so that's what you meant…"

And for the very first time, Richer realized

that Ramish wasn't asking for love alone—

he was asking for certainty within that love.

Ramish mischievously leaned closer to his ear again,

his lips brushing against it as he whispered,

"But… if your intentions involve that final thing…

I wouldn't object to that either…"

Richer's eyes widened even more in shock.

He immediately pushed Ramish back.

"Ramish!

Don't even think about it…"

Ramish burst into laughter.

He pulled out a handkerchief from his pocket

and gently wiped the sweat from Richer's face.

Then he pulled the chair back

and innocently said,

"Alright then…

please have a seat, Baby."

Richer helplessly shook his head

and sat back down on the chair.

Ramish sat across from him,

but he still kept staring at him with an endless smile.

Richer raised an eyebrow.

"What now?

Stop staring at me…

and order the food.

I'm starving."

Ramish laughed mischievously.

By the way "My lips are starving too…

why don't you satisfy them with yours Lips?"

Richer glared at him,

snatched the menu from his hand,

and lightly tapped his head with it.

"Order the food quietly."

Ramish laughed instantly.

"If I stay quiet…

how will I order the food?"

Richer couldn't help but laugh.

"Ugh… you really are impossible, Ramish.

Now hurry up and order."

Ramish raised his hands dramatically.

"Alright, alright… I'm doing it."

He placed the food order.

Ramish turned to look at the cheetahs standing behind the glass wall.

"On the other side of the glass, the leopards were sometimes circling each other and sometimes stopping to look of them in direction…"

As if they had become quiet witnesses to the growing love, playful teasing, and racing heartbeats between them.

A soft smile appeared on Ramish's lips.

He pulled out his phone from his pocket and said excitedly,

"Come on…

we absolutely need a picture with these cheetahs."

Richer nodded with a smile

and left his chair to stand beside him.

Ramish placed one hand on Richer's shoulder,

pulling him closer to himself,

while using his other hand to take pictures.

Sometimes they smiled sweetly at the camera.

Sometimes they made funny faces and burst into laughter.

And sometimes they simply looked at each other while capturing the moment.

Then suddenly—

Ramish leaned in, kissed Richer on the cheek mischievously,

and clicked a picture at that exact moment.

Richer laughed in surprise.

"Ramish…!"

Ramish waved the phone proudly in front of him.

"This one…

this is the most precious picture of all."

Richer shook his head while laughing softly.

"That's enough pictures for now.

The food is here.

Let's eat first…

then you can take more pictures later."

Smiling, Ramish returned to his chair.

He picked up a plate

and lovingly placed it in front of Richer.

Richer quietly watched him as he sat down.

Ramish asked softly,

"What would you like to eat first?

Tell me… I'll serve you myself."

Richer pointed toward one of the dishes.

Ramish immediately served some food onto his plate with care.

Richer began eating.

He had barely lifted the very first bite toward his lips

when suddenly Ramish grabbed his hand.

Richer looked at him in surprise.

Ramish leaned closer…

placed a soft kiss on his hand…

and then ate the bite directly from his hand.

Richer's entire body froze.

His eyes widened in shock.

Ramish smiled mischievously.

"There's something special about eating from your hands…"

Richer couldn't help but smile.

This time, Ramish prepared a bite himself

and held it near Richer's lips.

"Here, baby…

your turn."

Richer tried to take the bite with his hand,

but Ramish quickly pulled his hand back.

"No…

today I'm feeding you myself."

He brought the bite closer again.

As Richer took the bite,

he intentionally pressed Ramish's fingers lightly between his teeth.

"Ah—"

Ramish flinched softly.

A playful spark danced in Richer's eyes.

"A little pain can be beautiful in love too…"

Ramish smiled.

He slowly freed his fingers

and brought them near his lips, kissing them softly.

"So should I consider this…

a sign of your love?"

The moment he said that,

Richer suddenly got hiccups.

Ramish instantly became worried.

He quickly picked up a glass of water

and moved closer to him.

"Drink this…

you'll feel better."

Richer drank the water

and took a deep breath.

Then he smiled faintly.

"Now… please…

eat quietly."

Ramish laughed softly.

"I can stay quiet…

but I can't stop loving you."

Richer shook his head helplessly,

but there was still a smile on his lips.

And then both of them finished their lunch

surrounded by laughter, love,

and the silent rhythm of two hearts beating for each other.

Then slowly, he reached forward

and held Richer's hand.

Richer looked at him softly.

"What is it now?"

A moist sparkle appeared in Ramish's eyes.

He spoke quietly,

"Richer…

seeing you worry about me today…

seeing you respect my wishes…

and seeing you become so romantic with me…

it makes me incredibly happy…"

He paused for a moment,

then smiled faintly and said,

"Finally…

I've made a place for myself

inside your heart."

Richer silently listened to him.

A deep, peaceful, love-filled smile spread across his lips.

Then he spoke softly—

"Ramish… that night…

the night of our last meeting…

You didn't fly away alone that night…

you took my heart with you as well.

And the truth is…

you had already made a place for yourself in my heart

that very night…"
