I was not in the mood to attend any part. However, I wished to take a glimpse at Sera, at how she'd look in those evening gowns. I wanted to breathe in her beauty and not forget about that ever again.
However, what I had not expected was such a big family drama.
Melissa was making life hard for everyone, especially Seraphina, as she was continuously targeting Seraphina and trying to demean her at every chance she got.
But what made me annoyed was the fact that some Sean guy's name was taken alongside Sera's name.
Thankfully, he had denied the whole marriage thing.
I was already controlling myself not to lose composure, but when Seraphina ran out of there all alone in the cold night, it made me feel a deep ache in my heart.
