Dear readers and fellow travelers,
If you have made it this far, past the impact of Chapter 38, I feel I owe you more than just a "thank you." I feel I owe you a frank conversation about what we have just witnessed and the philosophy that pulses at the heart of this story.
I have been following the comments and reactions, and the intensity of your opinions is the greatest reward for me. That is why I am writing: to encourage you to continue sharing your thoughts, your theories, and, yes, even your anger. Your voice is what gives life and weight to this universe. Please, leave your **reviews** and comments. They are the fuel that drives me.
This is not an easy story. It is **heavy and cruel**, and I make no apologies for it. My passion lies in narratives that carry a **strong emotional weight**, those that delve into the **human and tragic side** of characters. In our world, the line between hero and monster is thin, almost invisible. **No one is purely good or purely evil**; there is a fragile line that defines it all, and that is where I like to walk.
My inspirations come from long nights playing tabletop RPGs with my friends — where many of the stories and the brotherhood you see here were born — and from works that have defined the *dark fantasy* and epic narrative genres. If you feel the melancholy of *Red Dead Redemption*, the relentless cruelty of *Elden Ring* or *Lies of P*, or the moral depth of *Baldur's Gate*, you are on the right track. And, of course, the influence of *Berserk* and *Vagabond* is undeniable in how we explore pain and the search for meaning.
**Zack** is our most tragic mirror. He demonstrates **mental fragility** and the importance of taking care of our **mental health**. Life, in this world, is **banal**, and **death** is a constant, but accepting and moving forward is the hardest part. The story teaches us that **grief is important**, but we must find the strength to overcome it.
We, unlike Zack, Tobi, and Orpheus, have the chance to **learn from cruel stories to be better**. We must always give **love to life** and take care of those who love us.
And yes, I know many of you want to kill me because of **Tobi**. Remember: this is a story of **Dark Fantasy and Cosmic Horror**. Tragedy and betrayal are essential elements to explore the depth of the human soul.
If you have questions, theories, or simply want to vent about Chapter 38, you can send a letter (email) to my personal address: **[email protected]**.
Thank you for embarking on this dark journey with me.
With affection and gratitude,
**L.K. Nocturne**
