"Take this!"
"Die for me!"
"Hah—!"
All along the road, Yui Kotegawa stopped caring about flashing and just waded into mobs, fists and feet flying.
Every kick, every punch insta-killed a monster—slimes, goblins, even hulking ogres went down the same.
She poured all her anger into the grind.
Shichen didn't step in—he just sauntered behind her with a grin, watching her back for anything dangerous.
There wasn't any danger—just pure, shameless fanservice.
The cheongsam flared, the underwear was on casual display, and it did nothing to hide that perky little rear—two pale, round, springy curves.
"Doesn't even give us a turn…" Frieren said, bored, watching Yui dominate.
"You don't need to level," Shichen said, ruffling her hair.
The game's system was simple: only Level and HP.
Leveling raised max HP, boosted class skill power, and unlocked new skills.
HP was everything—stamina, mana, the lot—all came out of HP.
If HP hit zero, you didn't die or exit—you respawned at the starting point.
Mobs didn't hurt much; they weren't scary and barely stung, but HP still ticked down.
It was basically a puzzle-casual game.
Shichen made a note to find the dev and rework it later—something like SAO would be a lot more fun.
Of course, nobody would die.
"Hmph—if my outfit were that lewd, would you still leave me standing here?" Frieren asked, pouting.
"…What kind of line is that? Do I look like that sort of guy?" Shichen said, righteous.
"Say that after you stop staring at Yui's butt," Frieren replied.
"…"
Shichen had no comeback—luckily, Yui finished wiping the field at that moment.
"Phew—done. Let's keep moving."
"Let's," Shichen said, slipping an arm over Frieren's shoulder and walking on.
"Yui, I have a question." Frieren asked as Yui caught up.
"What?" Yui blinked at her.
"Are you an exhibitionist?"
"Wha—? An exhibitionist? I am not an exhibitionist!" Yui protested.
"Then why don't you care that your panties are everywhere?"
"I—uh…" Yui flushed scarlet, at a loss.
"Don't tell me you're doing it on purpose for Shichen."
"I am not!"
"Really?"
"Really! Don't look at me like that! I'm not that shameless!"
"Then why, knowing your outfit's like that, did you charge the mobs and ignore the fact he was behind you watching?"
"I… forgot…" Yui mumbled, fidgeting, voice small.
"Forgot?"
"Yes… This game kept trolling me and I'd had it—but beating things up felt good, and after a while… I just forgot myself."
"I see… I thought maybe you were just used to Shichen looking," Frieren said.
"H-how could I…?" Yui flicked a glance at Shichen and instantly looked away, clutching at her hem.
"Heh—don't mind Frieren. Let it all out; I support you," Shichen said, patting Yui's head.
"Then could you… maybe not stare at me?"
"I've been looking this long—what's the difference now? Besides, you're making it hard on me—you're extremely distracting."
"Mm… I mean—when you put it like that…"
"It's only me seeing, and I know that's not who you are. I trust you."
"O-okay then…"
"So it was on purpose," Frieren inserted.
"It was not!" Yui blazed bright red.
By dusk, the sky dimmed; they reached a little town. Still all NPCs—no familiar faces.
The day-night cycle felt surprisingly real—sunset, afterglow, amber alleys—honestly beautiful.
If only the NPCs didn't loop the same line.
"Shichen-nii, what now?" Yui asked. She really didn't know games—and being in another world made her default to relying on him.
"Let's find an inn. No travel after dark."
They'd walked all day—no Demon King's castle in sight, no intel, not even a cliché Four Heavenly Kings encounter. Shichen suspected this game might be a time sink.
No worries about the outside world, though—one in-game day wasn't even an hour back home.
Not wild time dilation—just a faster in-game clock, and you didn't feel the speed while inside.
At the inn came the classic twist: only one room left.
Shichen wasn't a flustered teenager—no hemming and hawing—he checked them in.
Frieren had no vote. Yui wavered but said nothing—so, tacit consent.
The room was fairly luxurious: big bed, private bath. After the day, Yui was ready for a soak.
"Want to bathe together?" Shichen asked as she headed for the bath.
"No way!"
She huffed, darted inside, and shut the door.
It didn't lock, but he wasn't going to force anything, either.
"You're not bathing?" he asked Frieren, already curled up on the bed.
"I'm tired. We walked all day. Don't want to move…" she murmured.
"Tired in a game?"
"We're not virtual."
"Here—let me give you a massage." Shichen sat by the bed and pulled Frieren into his lap.
Small as a doll—light as air.
Frieren didn't resist; she tilted her head against his chest and shut her eyes, drifting.
He kneaded her shoulders a few times, then found the mage's robe was in the way—and simply lifted it off her from below.
Moonlight filled his vision.
Under the robe—nothing at all. Not even basics.
Frieren had been going commando all day.
Shichen felt a twinge of regret—if he'd known, he'd have let her fight too. If something knocked her flying, the view would've been… noteworthy.
Still, not too late—tomorrow she'd be the main DPS. Ideally she'd learn a flight spell.
The massage idea evaporated—he switched to "development checks."
Barely there, budding; still plenty alluring.
"Mm…" Frieren couldn't sleep like this.
She cracked an eye, looked back at him, and sighed. "What are you doing?"
"Wiping your sweat."
"What sweat?"
"Soon."
"I don't sweat."
"—Mm!" Frieren jerked and went still.
Shichen's mouth tilted.
Soft sounds began to thread through the room—low, breathy, dangerously pleasant.
Some time later, the bathroom door clicked; Yui stepped out in a towel.
"Shichen-nii, Frieren—you can bathe n—huh?!"
She froze, eyes wide at the scene.
"You're done then," Shichen said mildly, returning Frieren to the bed.
"Haah…" Frieren lay flushed and breathless, eyes glazed.
"W-what were you two… doing?" Yui stammered.
"Don't mind us. I was just wiping her sweat," Shichen said.
"Who would believe that! You think I can't tell?!" Yui shot back, flustered.
"If you knew, why ask?"
"I…"
"Want to try it?"
"I DO NOT!"
"Heh—you won't escape forever."
"Mm…" Yui tensed.
"Relax. I'm not doing anything to you now—unless you want it."
"I won't!"
"Suit yourself. Keep an eye on Frieren for me—I'm grabbing some food."
You didn't need to eat here, but food restored HP; moving around drained a little, and Yui had burned a lot—she needed a refill.
"M-me? Watch her?" Yui looked at Frieren, still panting softly, and felt her heart pick up pace.
"Not like you have to do anything," Shichen smiled, then stepped out.
Yui kept staring at Frieren—at the way she gulped air, the heat in her face—her own heartbeat drummed faster.
