Ladon stood rigidly at the entrance of the cave, dressed only in his long pants, entirely shirtless. His eyes were fixed intensely on the shifting wilderness outside, desperately trying to focus his mind on the external threat rather than the intoxicating heat radiating from within the cavern.
"We have been here for an hour now... I have checked every single spot on this small world, and still can't find anything. But the main problem." He looked down at his large, calloused hand, which was visibly trembling against his will. The immortal Dragon Emperor, a being who commanded the skies, was struggling to command his own flesh.
"I am so hot... This space, or whatever it is... It amplifies desire, mostly lust." He whispered to himself, his voice tight. Unable to help himself, he looked over his broad shoulder at Jinx. She was still naked beneath the heavy, dark coat he had carefully wrapped around her resting body.
