It deliberately used the alias of the Heaven Tribe's envoy, clearly to establish their relationship.
Like Hundun itself, this being was only a fragment of a far greater existence, constrained within the sealed domain of the Land of Mortality.
Yet even as a fragment, its presence cannot be ignored.
"Would you believe me, if I said I came to kidnap this child?" The Grand Controller replied lightly.
Hundun's aura stirred, as the cushions in the room were pressed by invisible weight.
"Please spare me these tasteless jokes," Hundun said coldly.
"And state your true purpose."
The Grand Controller fell silent for a breath longer than necessary.
"But, what if that is my true purpose?" he said at last, his voice dropping dangerously low.
