Nathan looked at Lucian with an amused face before getting up and heading to the bar near the table to look for a drink.
"I got you." He said as he brought out a bottle of liquor.
"Maybe we should really drink." His eyes were soft and steady as he directed his gaze towards Lucian, who nodded slightly.
Moments later, two glasses were placed on the coffee table. Both filled with ice, the scent of the strong rum mixed with the warm air started to make Lucian feel light-headed. The warm, low light made reflections through the glasses, giving them a more shiny and attractive look.
Both took a sip of the drink, feeling the entire burning sensation as it passed through their throat. But only Lucian let out a faint groan, trying not to cough.
"Maybe I should stop giving you strong ones and buy you some beer." Nathan contemplated while a small grin appeared on his face.
