"I don't know why you hate this world so much and keep looking for mistakes and things to make fun of everywhere."
"I don't hate this world" Heekapoo explained. "Alien transforming giant robots sound fun. I just hate the ones controlling this world from behind the scenes, and I'd like to kill every last one of them."
"Me too, you know? But I can't do that right now, and complaining won't accomplish anything."
"Yeah... I guess you're right." Heekapoo sighed. "But someday."
While arguing with Heekapoo, Kaito had already left the ship. He now stood in space in front of hundreds of robots lined up before him like an army. An army whose sole objective was to kill them.
"Human, hand over the AllSpark and your death will be swift. Resist, and your death will be slow and painful."
The one who spoke wasn't Megatron, but Starscream, speaking on his behalf.
Kaito didn't move. Instead, Heekapoo snapped her fingers, producing a tiny sound that was barely audible.
That sound was immediately followed by Starscream's screams as flames surrounded him and began melting him at an incredible speed.
"ARGHHHHH! AHHHHH! WHAT IS THIS?! LORD MEGATRON, YOU MUST SAVE ME!"
In panic, he flew toward Megatron hoping he would save him, kneeling in midair as he begged.
"Trash."
The help he expected never came. Instead, Megatron merely snorted in disdain at his pathetic appearance before killing him himself by driving his hand through Starscream's chest and ripping out his energy core, the device containing the life energy originally granted by the AllSpark.
Without it, Starscream died instantly, leaving only his lifeless body drifting through space due to the lack of gravity.
Megatron kicked the corpse away in annoyance, sending it flying while damaging it even further before crushing the energy core in his own hand.
He then looked at the remaining Decepticons behind him. They stared back with fear in their eyes and had even unconsciously taken a few steps back.
"Go. Don't disappoint me... or you'll end up like him."
Despite their fear, the Decepticons charged forward, whether out of greed, hoping to earn merit and please Megatron, or simply because they feared him more.
Hundreds of Decepticons in their humanoid forms rushed toward Kaito at high speed.
Behind them all, like a leader with no intention of joining the battle himself, Megatron simply watched Kaito with a deep, scrutinizing gaze.
"So, are we attacking already, or what are we waiting for?" Heekapoo asked.
"Take care of them" Kaito said. "I'll handle Megatron."
Heekapoo nodded with a smile. She raised both arms above her head and clasped her hands together to stretch.
"Ahhh." She let out a satisfied breath after stretching. "Alright, I can't wait to see what I can do with all this magic."
The next instant, more copies of herself began emerging from her body, spreading throughout the surrounding space. Once an army of hundreds of Heekapoos had formed, enough to match every Decepticon one on one, no more clones appeared.
"""Let's play.""" they all said simultaneously as they flew toward the army of alien robots.
If Megatron could withstand Heekapoo's flames and Starscream had barely survived them, then these ordinary cannon fodder, with only a few reaching Starscream's level, would have died almost instantly if Heekapoo had simply melted them like before.
But that wouldn't have been Heekapoo.
Except for a few, after all, Heekapoo's clones had the peculiar trait of having slightly different personalities and appearances, most of the Heekapoos made sure to toy with and humiliate their enemies before destroying them in the most entertaining ways they could think of.
Many hurled enormous icicles that pierced through their defenses and impaled them. They left them there long enough for the Decepticon to believe the attack had been useless, only to shatter that hope the next second by freezing them from the inside, turning them into lifeless ice statues. Some left the frozen bodies drifting through space to create a psychological effect of fear among their enemies. Most, however, simply summoned small meteors and smashed the ice statues apart, scattering their bodies into thousands of fragments across space.
Others used wind magic to move the Decepticons around however they pleased. In the zero gravity environment, even with the resistance from their own propulsion systems, moving the Decepticons with magic was so easy it looked like telekinesis. Most of the Heekapoos using this method treated the Decepticons themselves as weapons, throwing them into or smashing them against their own allies, or using them as shields against incoming projectiles before grabbing another one and repeating the process.
Some manipulated water to invade every part of their internal systems, slowly destroying their bodies from the inside as more and more of their functions gradually stopped working.
The most curious were those who appeared to stand completely motionless before their enemies. They were using gravity magic to slowly crush their opponents without giving them any chance to resist. Not only was gravity magic difficult to use, but using it on living beings was slow and tedious. Even so, they were willing to do it simply for the pleasure of watching their enemies writhe as they were crushed and began to split apart.
The worst part was that, although the number of Decepticons and Heekapoos had initially been equal, once a Heekapoo clone destroyed her opponent, she didn't disappear. Every victory turned the next fight into a two against one, then three against one, and so on, until the number of clones vastly outnumbered the alien robots.
In the end, the only way to describe it was a massacre. The few remaining dozens of Decepticons found themselves completely surrounded by a single person.
With dozens of Heekapoos casting magic at a single alien robot, they were destroyed without ever knowing which attack had actually killed them.
This wasn't merely a battle. Heekapoo was testing her newfound strength while also unleashing all the rage she had been holding back. Centuries of fury from being trapped within absolute nothingness itself, along with an equal, if not greater, hatred toward those responsible, whom she still couldn't do anything against.
The last Decepticon suffered the most. Heekapoo could have destroyed him instantly, but instead she dismissed all of her clones until only one remained and repeatedly struck the Decepticon with weak attacks that slowly tore him apart over and over again, like a cat playing with its prey.
...
"Whew, she's really angry." Kaito whistled in amazement as he watched the destruction, or rather the methods, Heekapoo used while wiping out the Decepticon army.
"Aren't you afraid?" he asked while looking at Megatron.
From beginning to end, Megatron had watched the massacre without moving. Even when Kaito appeared in front of him, he ignored him and continued watching his army cease to exist.
"Fear is for the weak. The strong accepted the possibility of death long ago" Megatron replied, finally turning his gaze toward Kaito.
"So you came here expecting to die?" Kaito raised an eyebrow.
"I didn't expect you to be this powerful when I set out to come here. I can see you're that girl's leader, and since you're standing on the battlefield, you must be even stronger than she is.
Even so, I've recorded the entire battle, along with your information, and it's being transmitted to Cybertron in real time. I'll lose this time, but the Decepticon race will not fall."
"My information?"
"You're not human. The Decepticons know every race in the universe, but not whatever you are. I searched every Earth record and found evidence of you appearing out of nowhere, with no previous records whatsoever.
The most likely explanation is that you're an invader from another universe, one who came for the AllSpark.
The AllSpark belongs to Cybertron. We didn't let the Autobots obtain it, we didn't let other races obtain it, and we won't let an invader from another universe obtain it."
"Even though I already have it right here?" Kaito mocked as he raised the cube in his hand.
"But I'm generous. I'll give it to you."
"Wha...?"
BOOM!
Megatron never finished speaking. In an instant, a tremendous impact struck him square in the chest, launching him several kilometers away. The only reason he didn't continue flying even farther was because Kaito stopped him with an equally powerful blow to his back.
Megatron couldn't even respond to the attack, either physically or verbally. His chest had essentially been destroyed by the two impacts, wrecking multiple components, including his voice box and even his movement system.
Inside his mind, unable to express it aloud, Megatron was stunned. He had imagined Kaito was powerful, but not powerful enough to practically destroy his body with only two punches.
Meanwhile, standing before the dying body of the Decepticon leader, Kaito took out the AllSpark and brought it close to his chest.
Due to the destruction, Megatron's enormous energy core was fully exposed, constantly emitting blue energy. Cracks across its surface released bursts of power every so often, making the energy flowing through his body unstable and chaotic.
There was a reason for doing this.
Kaito had actually tried destroying the AllSpark earlier, but after failing, he decided not to overthink it and simply reuse the method from the movie.
The moment the AllSpark touched Megatron's energy core, the energies contained within both devices began behaving erratically, releasing massive fluctuations of power into space the closer they came together.
Despite being deeply connected, the two energies rejected one another. One amplified the other to such an extent that it became impossible to contain, while the other was like trying to mix filthy water with the purest water imaginable. The AllSpark rejected it as though refusing to taint its own lineage.
CRRRR... CRRRRR... BZZZZZZ...
BOOOOOOOM!
Finally, with Kaito forcing the two energy sources directly against one another, both devices exploded in a massive detonation that forced him to vibrate to avoid it.
Once the shockwaves faded, neither Megatron nor the AllSpark existed anymore.
Kaito knew Megatron was most likely still alive somehow. There was nothing harder to kill than a digital lifeform. As for the AllSpark, it was an ancient artifact that had essentially given birth to every technological lifeform in the universe. Not to mention that some fragment might have survived and been flung away by the explosion, and the very energy left behind in that region of space was probably unimaginably valuable.
But whether it was Megatron or anyone else searching for the AllSpark, they no longer had any reason to go to Earth.
And that was enough for Kaito.
