Pearl Villa.
Morning had not even properly begun.
The sky outside was still dark, carrying only the faintest hint of blue near the horizon.
Inside the bedroom, Miles closed the final compartment of his travel case.
Chloe walked out from the dressing area, tying her hair.
"Did you pack the uniform?"
Miles looked toward the bag.
"Done."
Then his eyes moved toward the second suitcase beside her.
He frowned.
"Is that your bag?"
Chloe looked innocent.
"Yes."
"We're coming back in the morning."
"Hehe."
Miles stared.
Chloe finally opened the suitcase slightly.
"It has Hope and Asher's clothes too."
Miles immediately understood.
"Oh."
"That makes sense."
Before Chloe could reply...
Footsteps came rushing down the hallway.
The door opened.
"Big Bro!"
Asher appeared.
Already dressed.
Far too energetic for the time.
"Let's go."
Miles smiled.
"Everyone ready?"
"Yes!"
Asher nodded proudly.
"Mama."
"Dad."
"Grandpa."
"Hope is almost sleeping while standing."
