Carla Carr had just walked out of the café when she saw an off-road vehicle or two. The window rolled down, revealing a man's handsome face with a pair of cold, icy eyes.
It was none other than Alexander Kingsley.
Ha, seeing him at night for the second time, this must be an illusion. She didn't believe it; it had to be an illusion.
"Get in the car." The man's voice came coldly in her dazed moment.
"I'm not..." She barely got two words of refusal out, when she saw him get out of the car and walk toward her.
"Get in the car and come with me."
Carla: "..."
Alexander: "Didn't you hear me?"
"I did, I heard!" She paused for a moment, "Admiral, you're quite... quite free recently..." Ever since he discovered her whereabouts, he'd been coming to her again and again.
