Eva Nightingale cooked a pot of dumplings.
At the dining table, she brought a bowl to him. "Try it, is the taste okay?"
He was stunned for a moment, then took it and started eating without saying a word.
Eva watched him from across the table and suddenly thought of the little bun from half a month ago. Lucas Knight had forgotten the little bun! He had forgotten everything, so why did he still remember her?
Soon, Lucas Knight finished a bowl of dumplings, not even leaving the soup behind.
Was he really that hungry?
"Do you want more?" She moved closer, "I can get you another bowl."
He nodded, "Mm."
Eva gave him another bowl of dumplings. He took a few bites, then suddenly looked up at her, his eyes deep, "Baby, why aren't you eating?"
"I'm happy just watching you eat." She actually didn't have much of an appetite, but he seemed to.
He didn't say anything more and continued eating.

After eating the dumplings, he went upstairs and took a bath.
