Eva had interacted with Ava before and even dealt with her. That woman is not as kind-hearted as the rumors say, so it's not hard to guess that she doesn't get along with that Coldwell woman.
"Charlotte, what are you thinking about?" Eva nudged her, "What's wrong?"
