Being scolded as a good-for-nothing, Daniel Green's face turned a bit unpleasant.
Originally, he was already displeased with Mason Bennett, and upon hearing this, he was even less willing to accept it.
"She's my sister. It's none of your business that my sister cares for me."
Mason Bennett sneered at those words.
"What right do you have to call her your sister? You dragged her to this place, made her serve a spoiled brat like you, nearly threw her into the fire when she was sick. Being your sister isn't easy."
Daniel Green, with a flushed face, glared at Mason Bennett, feeling entirely unconvinced.
However, he couldn't find any words to refute.
He was right; he was the one who brought her here, she was the one who started the fire, she found clothes for him, and when she got a fever, he almost set those clothes on fire.
Being his sister is indeed disastrous.
"Alright, why are you arguing with a little kid?" Bella Green nestled in the man's arms, speaking in a muffled voice.
