The sharp pain made Francesca Willis scream out loud, almost making her jump up from the pain.
The young nurse finally reacted, hurriedly put down the intercom, and walked over.
"I'm sorry, I'm sorry, are you okay?"
"What's wrong with you? Are you blind? How can you bump into someone in a corridor this wide? And how can you have the needle pointing outward? My daughter is pregnant, can you afford to harm her? Do you know whose child she's carrying?"
The young nurse was dumbfounded by the scolding. There were quite a few people in the corridor; being scolded like this made the nurse both awkward and embarrassed.
"I'm sorry, madam, let me wipe that for you." The young nurse hurriedly picked up some gauze to wipe Francesca's arm, then looked at Anna Green with an apologetic smile.
"Is this young lady pregnant? She has such a good figure, she doesn't look like it."
