Mason Bennett felt like he might be going crazy, letting her act so irrationally.
Bella Green smiled, then leaned into his embrace, sighed softly, and spoke quietly.
"Brother, I know you can crush her as easily as an ant. But have you thought about what would happen between you and Victor if you really did something to Fiona Grantham?"
Mason Bennett's eyes flickered slightly; he said nothing.
"Besides, this is not something you should handle. I don't want to see a fight between you two brothers. If he wants to cause trouble, let him come to me. I'll deal with him, but you mustn't get angry!"
Mason Bennett's gaze grew complex as he looked at the little one in his arms.
This was his treasure, always thinking on his behalf, no matter the situation.
"Alright, I won't get angry," Mason Bennett said with a slightly hoarse voice, complying.
Bella Green smiled again and then let out a heavy sigh.
