Joanne touched her cheek, her brows furrowed slightly, looking at Bella Green.
"As actors, we devote ourselves unconditionally to our roles. Even though you did hit me, I don't blame you. If you can't even endure this, then you don't deserve to be an actor. But, I'm not blaming you, so why are you making excuses?"
Bella Green raised an eyebrow, her smile inscrutable.
"Oh? Did I ever make excuses? I'm just asking, are you implying I hit you?"
Joanne furrowed her brows again, not knowing what Bella Green was up to.
She was indeed hit just now, her face still ached slightly.
And that loud slap sound, everyone heard it, what is there to deny?
"It's not that I'm saying you hit me, but everyone saw it. I just didn't want to make a fuss, so why act like that?"
"I'm asking you, are you saying I hit you."
Bella Green's voice grew heavier.
Joanne's expression changed slightly, her face turning stern.
