Alaric James laughed heartily, nodded, took the teacup, and drank it in one gulp.

The two stayed at Alaric James' place for a while, then left.
Alaric James will be staying in Brocade City during this period, so she can go find him when she's free.
On the way back, Leo Foster couldn't help but continually marvel at Bella Green's good luck.
"Even though you've offended Joanne, you've earned Mr. James' favor, which counts as a blessing in disguise. She probably won't trouble you anymore out of respect for Mr. James."
Leo Foster said while driving.
Bella Green was unconvinced.
"How can you be so sure Joanne will care about Mr. James' reputation?"
"Well, what else? Even though she's been in Hollywood for a few years, as long as she's still in this circle, she can't afford to offend Mr. James."
Bella Green looked out the window and didn't answer.
She didn't think so; Joanne is too rebellious.
