"Do you think my parents want to go back?" Sophie Wilson snorted coldly.
The sudden voice made Old Mr. Wilson pause slightly, unsure as he asked, "Sophie Wilson?"
"Yes, it's me." Sophie Wilson laughed, "This afternoon, I was the one who confronted your wife. Don't take out your anger on my dad. He's good-natured, but I have a bad temper."
"Insolent!" Old Mr. Wilson shouted angrily.
"I'm even more insolent!" Sophie Wilson yelled back fearlessly, "Don't come bothering my parents again, or you'll be sorry!"
Old Mr. Wilson was both amused and angry at Sophie Wilson's audacity: "Alright, how exactly are you going to make me sorry? I'd like to see."
"What? Have you forgotten how your precious daughter tried to give me away?" As soon as Sophie Wilson said this, she heard Old Mr. Wilson on the other side taking a deep breath, "I didn't report it, but if I did, it wouldn't just be a matter of dropping it. Child trafficking is subject to legal action."
