"Recite it." Charles Seymour didn't explain, he just made the request.
Sophie Wilson had no objections and took it, glanced over it a few times, and then handed it back to Charles Seymour.
Charles Seymour handed it to Julian Campbell and said, "Watch this."
Julian took it and listened as Sophie Wilson recited it flawlessly, without missing a word.
Charles Seymour looked at Julian Campbell.
Julian: "..."
Was he just too slow, or were his uncle and aunt not human?
This is just bullying, he thought, ready to cry...
"You're not expecting Julian to follow my speed, are you?" Sophie glared at Charles Seymour, then turned to comfort Julian, "Don't mind him, our memory speed is trained. Normal people can develop photographic memory through systematic training, but you haven't been trained yet, so take your time." Sophie's words finally made the deeply affected Julian feel a little better.
"Auntie, I thought I was really dumb." Julian complained sadly.
