"The Chapman Family has joined forces with other hospitals to stir up protests," Charles Seymour said in a low voice.
Sophie Wilson raised an eyebrow.
"Quite a few hospitals are already standing shoulder to shoulder with them," Charles went on.
Sophie rubbed her chin and said with a laugh, "Interesting."
"Instead of focusing on their own business, the Chapmans just keep staring at me. What's so fun about that?" Sophie sneered.
"Your hospital has already dealt the Chapmans a pretty significant blow," Charles stated matter-of-factly.
"Well, nothing I can do. I just happen to have hired some very capable people," Sophie shrugged. "Alright, I'll go take a look at the hospital tomorrow."
If the Chapmans dared to pull any shady tricks, she would "destroy" them.
"Mm." Charles nodded, then reached out to pull Sophie into his arms, letting out a soft sigh. "As long as you're back."
