The current situation with Herbert and the two Monster Girls is quite abstract.
As an unconventional Paladin, Herbert has never been some moral saint, nor has he ever declared any pure-hearted manifesto.
On the contrary, he has never shied away from his own greed.
And Eliza and the others are well aware of this and don't find it problematic.
Eliza herself is a latecomer, and even if she were to get angry, it wouldn't be her turn to explode first; she'd have to queue up and wait for the ones in front to finish.
But the problem is, the one at the front of the line, Miss Hungry Dragon, doesn't care about such trifles at all.
