They can easily deploy hundreds of thousands, millions of Tier Six vassals, and as long as they disperse and invade, Vincentia couldn't possibly handle it.
Vincentia's main role is to serve as a terrifying deterrent, making those guys afraid to act against the Wizard Alliance.
