Chapter 1369 - Chapter 1368: Exhausted!

When an object approaches the speed of sound, it generates an extremely powerful resistance, this kind of resistance causes the object to undergo intense vibration, reducing its speed. This phenomenon is known as the sound barrier.

When an average object reaches the speed of the sound barrier, it has reached a terrifying velocity; even the firing speed of a Barrett M82A1 is far below the speed of sound!

However, when an object's speed is enough to break through the speed of sound, because the object's compression of air cannot spread rapidly, when this energy reaches people's ears, it feels like a brief and extremely powerful explosion sound, known as a sonic boom.

Know that if an object can reach a sonic boom, not only is its speed extremely swift, but even its impact force is overpowering!

Such force is only achievable by supersonic aircraft; it's really unlikely for general objects to produce a sonic boom!
