"I was tired from playing and fell asleep, what's up?"
Ansheng sneakily darted into the bushes, pretending he had just woken up there, poking his head out and responding to Ah Qing, who was shouting.
"Why are you hiding here to sleep, and how could I have made a mess in my pants?"
Ah Qing rolled her eyes dramatically, reached out her hands to grab the fox's paws, pulling him out of the bush, brushes off the leaves stuck to his fluffy fur and asked Ansheng with a hint of doubt: "Are you... gaining weight?"
Ah Qing looked at Ansheng suspiciously; the entire fox had become extra fluffy, like a giant piece of toast.
When he left the breakfast shop in the morning, he wasn't this fluffy, nor was he dirty.
"Foxes are known for being hollow, like cats." Ansheng retorted unhappily.
"Uh..."
Ah Qing weighed the fox in her hands a couple of times, feeling that the weight didn't seem to have changed, only his volume had slightly increased, causing a visual illusion of weight gain.
