Shen Sui wasn't actually blaming Alice for taking in the refugees.
If he'd been in the same situation back then, he'd probably have made a similar choice.
But later, Alice going full throttle all the way toward the Arunta Mother Star was a bit too outrageous.
Of course, the most outrageous thing was that those Arunta Empire troops actually cooperated with her that much.
Whether it was Vales Fortress or the satellite belt guarding the mother star, Alice didn't go through a single battle—she just strolled past them and then directly did an air drop onto the Arunta Mother Star.
Of course, this also had something to do with Alice unquestioningly trusting this patriotic pilot in front of her.
If she'd hesitated for a while, it's very possible the Third Fleet's interception notice for Alice's fleet would have already reached Vales Fortress.
By then, it wouldn't have been so easy for Alice to pass through or even seize Vales Fortress.
