From sunset to moonlight covering the land, Chen Yin could be said to eat very slowly. Rob looked at the pile of official booklets accumulating next to the table and felt as if his mecha brain was starting to ache.
In fact, Chen Yin wasn't a procrastinator by nature. In the past few decades, Rob had never seen Chen Yin delay handling official duties for any reason. Occasionally, he needed to go out and play, but he would handle urgent tasks in advance. He was very dutiful indeed.
But since falling in love with Miao Miao, it's not that Chen Yin stopped dealing with official matters. He would stay up late to finish those that needed handling; however, he did seem to be "passively neglecting work" a bit. Like at this moment, Chen Yin was in a state of "passive neglect."
