Arthur Johnson felt a wave of unease but couldn't say a word.
He shifted on the hospital bed, finally startling Kenneth Osborne awake.
Kenneth opened his eyes and quickly looked over at the hospital bed, just in time to see Arthur Johnson moving.
Kenneth hurriedly nudged Lawrence Winters and said, "He's awake."
Although Lawrence was extremely sleepy, he immediately sat up straight and glanced toward the hospital bed.
Arthur Johnson heard the sound and happened to look over.
Lawrence exhaled in relief, removed Kenneth's coat, stood up, and walked to the bed, asking, "Arthur Johnson, are you okay? I'll go get a doctor."
Arthur Johnson nodded; his throat felt fiery and hot, unable to make a sound.
It's good that he's awake.
Lawrence took out his phone and sent a text to Edward Foster, asking him to arrange some reliable people to look after Arthur Johnson.
