It was none other than Ruby Sheldon, the little princess of the Sheldon Family.
Lucas Harlow also adored his sister's daughter, who she had after much difficulty as an older mother. This was his niece.
He smiled and patted her head, saying, "We just saw each other in July. You couldn't have forgotten so soon, right?"
In July, Ruby had her graduation ceremony, and Lucas had gone abroad specifically to attend.
"For me, a day without seeing Uncle feels like three years. I miss you even if we're apart for a day, let alone half a year!" Ruby said seriously, swaying with her hands behind her back, looking very cute.
Lucas chuckled, "Alright, I miss Betty too. But I have things to do right now, so I'll chat with you when I get back."
