How could Hoshino Yoshi be on the Capital High?
Hearing this place name, Chen Xiangbei was somewhat puzzled.
Japan has two world-famous street racing routes, namely the C1 loop and the Bayshore line.
Both are part of Japan's capital highway system, but to better distinguish and name them, the C1 loop uses the specific name of Capital High while the Bayshore line is still referred to as Bayshore.
Around the 1990s, the Bayshore Line was practically unparalleled, attracting almost all the underground masters in Japan and even professional racers, all looking for a chance to race a lap. It was simply an "Nurburgring North Loop" of underground racing.
