In the Chinese mythological system, Douluo Palace generally refers to the Daoist field of Taishang Laojun, who is also the incarnation of Taiqing's Tao and Virtue.
The reason Huo Dou recognized these three characters is because they belong to the series of ancient Chinese scripts.
After obtaining the [Heaven and Earth Profound Yellow Exquisite Treasure Pagoda], Li Hao also spent a lot of effort to learn and study the Great Tao Proverbs written on it.
Currently, the three characters "Douluo Palace" can be considered a variant of ancient Chinese script and Great Tao Proverbs, inherently containing some mysterious power.
As for why Wang Shu could recognize these three characters?
For one, it's certainly because Wang Shu has been on Earth for such a long time, being a part of myth and legend.
