The monthly exam hosted by the Royal City Knight Order is usually held at the Divine Revelation Canon Law School, the predecessor of which was the Knight Academy that directly promoted to the Royal City Knight Order, thus establishing its lineage.
The monthly exam was originally meant to assess the top knights of each of the Canon Law Schools, but it gradually evolved into a challenge for Divine Revelation by Fengming, Yueyin, Tianlu, Jingrong, and Jingmi Canon Law Schools, as a collective resentment grew from frequent insults.
When the Divine Revelation Canon Law School competes on its home turf, the Black Rose Base opens its doors, and naturally, only the elite representatives of each major Canon Law School are qualified to attend, making it a significant event for the students of the Divine Revelation Canon Law School.
Today's monthly exam is somewhat different, with the Black Rose Base being decorated more lavishly.
