Wu Jingjing was bored and fiddling with her phone on the sofa, occasionally glancing up at Wu Chengzu, who was pacing back and forth in the living room.
Recently, her dad seemed quite idle. Previously, he was always nowhere to be seen, but now he's at home day after day.
"I say, Dad, has your business gone bankrupt?" Wu Jingjing put down her phone and asked.
"Hmm?" Wu Chengzu stopped walking and turned to look at Wu Jingjing, "Why do you ask that?"
"Is there even a need to ask?" Wu Jingjing glanced at the clock on the wall, "At this hour, you're still at home, isn't it strange? And it's been several days in a row. I mean, you're always watching me, don't you need to take care of your business?"
Wu Jingjing felt a bit frustrated. Before, she thought her dad was always busy with his business and didn't care about her. But now that he's watching her all day, it's not exactly something to be happy about either.
