The little dumpling didn't feel any remorse about abandoning his old dad. He hopped around, stretching out his arms and eagerly looking at Aurelia.
Aurelia couldn't help but laugh, bending over to pick him up, but before she could hold him in her arms, a hand reached out and grabbed Mason Campbell's collar.
The anticipated embrace suddenly distanced from him, Mason Campbell angrily glared at the man behind him. "Big jerk, put me down! I'm not letting you hold me, I want Aunt Aurelia to hold me!"
Mason Nightshade seemed to know what he wanted to say, curling his lips, "You're not qualified for me to hold you. Sit in the car yourself, or I'll have someone send you back to the Campbell Family."
Mason Nightshade tossed the little dumpling into the car, bent over and propped himself against the door frame, gesturing with his eyes towards Aurelia, and said, "That woman over there, she's only for me to hold, you understand?"
