The human forms Duncan captured are few and far between, making this half-demon human form a surprising delight.
He's not a True God yet and can't create incarnations, so human forms are a scarce resource.
And they're more useful than the incarnations of Divine Spirits.
Hundreds of Razor Fighters are in a melee with the assassins of Black Flame City. Occasionally, a half-demon fighter is killed by an assassin, and in the next second, the demon sword in their hands summons a reflection, as the sword soul demon takes over the fight.
It's because of this annoying combat style that dealing with the Razor Fighters of the Abyssal Blade requires a considerable price.
After killing the owner of the demon sword, you still have to kill the sword itself.
But that's the way it is.
