Talent attributes are not fixed.
In the Slaughter Divine Son era, there were many curios that could permanently increase basic attributes, and if you finished reading the legendary Nether Scroll, it could permanently raise your intelligence and knowledge. The Eternal Exile Scripture doesn't strictly increase your attribute cap; instead, it transforms your perception attribute into intelligence attribute. Reading those forbidden knowledge could harm your mental will, but in the Bizarre Realm, there is no need to worry about that, as being able to permanently increase the intelligence attribute is sufficient.
