The sky above First Citadel shattered like black glass as a five-hundred-foot colossus composed of dark matter and swirling stellar fire descended through the burning orbital clouds, casting a terrifying shadow across the entire continent.
"Tremble, insects of Earth, for you stand before the Avatar of Cosmic Liquidation!" the titanic voice of Chairman Vael-Corvus roared, shaking the mountains and rattling the foundations of the world.
"I will grind your cities into cosmic ash and harvest your core to satisfy your defaulted debts," the Chairman's avatar bellowed, its burning pulsar eyes glaring down upon the citadel.
"Your pathetic resistance ends this very second under the heel of cosmic economic reality," the avatar boomed, dark lightning arcing from its towering shoulders.
"All defense batteries, synchronize fire and hold the line for our people!" Sir Owen commanded from the central tactical terrace, his battle voice cutting through the deafening cosmic rumble.
