Corpse Fusion
"Corpse Fusion—"
Uchiha Fugaku's Rinnegan gleamed as he activated his Mangekyō Sharingan technique: Corpse Fusion.
Hum—
A dark vortex swirled open before him. Without hesitation, Fugaku tossed the bodies of Uchiha Madara and Uchiha Obito into it.
Hum—
As their corpses began to melt away, streams of strange biological matter—like cells, yet not quite—formed and flowed toward Fugaku's eyes.
A cool sensation spread through him.
It felt as if a chilled compress had been pressed gently over his eyes on a hot summer day—refreshing and strangely comforting.
Amid this icy coolness, the genetic structure of his eyes began to transform in mysterious ways.
Obito's body dissolved quickly, but Madara had been a Six Paths–level powerhouse. His body resisted far longer, taking time to fully break down.
Only after what felt like an eternity did the fusion process finally end. The flow of biological energy ceased, and the cooling sensation faded.
"My eyes... they've changed!"
Sensing something different, Fugaku walked over to a mirror embedded in the chamber wall and gazed into his reflection.
Just as he suspected—there was a change.
Originally, his eyes were blue, patterned with concentric circles—the signature design of the Rinnegan.
But now, each eye also contained six distinct black tomoe revolving around the rings.
"Six-Tomoe Rinnegan!" Fugaku's lips curved into a rare smile.
According to what he knew of future generations, even Uchiha Sasuke would one day awaken a single Six-Tomoe Rinnegan.
It was a form far superior to the ordinary Rinnegan—possessing greater ocular power and divine might.
He had never expected that by fusing Madara's and Obito's bodies, both his eyes would evolve into the Six-Tomoe Rinnegan.
"But this might not even be the greatest reward... The real gain should be spatial affinity!"
Stepping away from the mirror, his eyes gleamed with anticipation.
Madara's Limbo: Border Jail was a space-time technique. Obito's Kamui was also a space-time jutsu.
That meant both possessed innate spatial affinity.
By fusing their remains, Fugaku was certain he had inherited that same affinity.
He had long desired such a gift—and now, he had gained it twice over.
"With this... I might not even need to learn the Flying Thunder God Technique."
His pulse quickened as he focused inward, sensing the new potential within his eyes.
Previously, his lack of spatial affinity had prevented him from awakening any space-time ocular jutsu.
But now that he possessed it, could he perhaps manifest one naturally?
It wasn't impossible.
"A new dōjutsu… has emerged!"
Fugaku's face lit up with unrestrained joy as he examined the changes.
Within his Six-Tomoe Rinnegan, he discovered a new ocular power—one that perfectly matched his hopes.
"With this, I no longer need to master the Flying Thunder God."
The technique was called "Space Banishment."
It allowed him to exile targets to distant locations—or even entirely different dimensions.
But if he chose to make himself the target, and predetermined the destination, he could perform instantaneous, precise teleportation.
There was no longer any need to learn space-time ninjutsu by hand—he could wield it directly.
"Space Banishment—"
Unable to contain his curiosity, Fugaku activated the new ability on himself.
Dark mist—like the spatial distortion of Kamui—spread around him, fusing with his body.
A heartbeat later, he vanished from the chamber.
When he reappeared, he was standing in the ruined forest where he had once battled Uchiha Madara.
The entire landscape had been flattened by their clash—cracked earth and deep scars stretching across the terrain.
At the center lay a canyon nearly ten miles long, carved by a single strike of his Golden Wheel Reincarnation Explosion.
"Space Banishment!"
Looking up at the sky, Fugaku invoked the technique once more.
The black mist engulfed him—and in an instant, he vanished again.
This time, he appeared within a floating palace suspended high above the ground.
All around, mechanical puppets busied themselves—working tirelessly, maintaining the massive structure.
He had returned to the Lunar Fortress.
He had neither flown nor traveled through the spatial gateway connecting the moon and the ninja world—yet here he was.
When he last left this place, much of the palace had been in ruins. Now, the grand halls stood fully restored.
"Let's see how the Ten-Tails is doing."
Hovering into the air, Fugaku exited the fortress and flew toward a massive boulder floating nearby—a sphere of stone nearly ten kilometers wide.
It was the Chibaku Tensei he had created to seal the Ten-Tails.
He could still sense the creature thrashing within, though it clearly lacked the strength to break free.
"Chakra Absorption."
Pressing his hand against the enormous rock, Fugaku drew on his Rinnegan's power.
Immediately, the Ten-Tails' vast chakra surged into him—restoring every ounce of the energy he had expended during teleportation.
"With the Ten-Tails sealed here, I have a limitless chakra reservoir… like an immense Yin Seal."
Feeling his chakra swell to its peak, Fugaku nodded in satisfaction.
The Ten-Tails was now his personal power bank.
Whenever his energy ran low, he could simply return and replenish it.
"And not just that—I can use this chakra to create spore clones."
He generated several spores with minimal effort—small, dormant forms awaiting chakra infusion.
Then, rather than absorbing the Ten-Tails' energy himself, he funneled it into the spores.
In an instant, they grew and matured—fully formed spore clones standing before him.
Creating them consumed almost none of his own chakra. Using the same method, he continued producing clone after clone—hundreds within moments.
Even after making thousands, his chakra reserves barely budged.
And should he ever need to recover, he could always draw again from the Ten-Tails.
"That's enough for today."
After extracting an immense amount of chakra and creating thousands of spore clones, Fugaku finally stopped.
With a thought, he activated Space Banishment once more and returned to Konoha.
Meanwhile, his countless spore clones entered the reopened spatial corridor—heading back to the ninja world.
There, they would scatter across every land, serving as his eyes and ears, gathering intelligence from every corner of the shinobi realm.
