On the other side of the city, as the sun dipped behind the buildings, Peter Parker was walking home from school with his best friend, chatting about the day's classes and upcoming homework.
But even as he smiled, something gnawed at him.
His Spider-Sense was tingling.
Peter subtly turned his head. No sudden movements. Just casual observation.
He scanned the street, catching sight of several figures spread out around him—some leaning against lampposts, others pretending to read newspapers or check their phones.
But they all shared something in common: military posture, alert eyes, trained movements.
They weren't ordinary people. They were soldiers.
Peter's brow furrowed slightly.
"Am I being followed? Why? And not just one person—it's a group..."
He kept walking, maintaining the illusion of normalcy while his thoughts raced.
"My identity as Spider-Man... it couldn't have been compromised, right? No... I'm always careful. But I'd better keep an eye on them."
---
Meanwhile, back in the secret underground lab...
Boom!
A figure dropped like a meteor from the upper entrance, landing on the lower floor with terrifying speed and precision.
She was slender, fast—and deadly.
The girl who entered was the one they called Black Void.
But she didn't look the same as before. Her bald head had grown a full mane of black hair that now fell smoothly past her shoulders. Wearing a flowing black kimono, she carried herself with the quiet grace of a warrior and the beauty of a porcelain doll—almost like a woman out of a Japanese folktale.
But her eyes were cold. Empty. Icy.
She wasn't here for conversation.
At her sides hung two swords, sleek and deadly, and across her back was a third—a longer, heavier blade that exuded menace.
Nathan, who was already prepared, immediately noticed something.
The two swords at her sides were typical ninja weapons—nothing too exotic. But the one across her back?
It felt dangerous. Unnatural.
That sword was made of something else entirely.
Black Void spoke, her voice soft and terrifying.
"Finally. We meet again."
Nathan answered calmly, "Fate sure has a twisted sense of humor."
"What do you want?"
"To take you back," she said with eerie calm.
"Your body is active. It's an ideal vessel for the Evil God. With it, the entity's power would rise tenfold. And your durability ensures long-term survival. You're... perfect."
Nathan didn't flinch.
"Then let's find out if you can take me."
Without another word, Black Void lunged forward—fast, deadly, like a thrown dagger.
"Go!" Nathan shouted.
Luke Cage shot forward like a freight train, throwing himself in front of her, buying time.
At the same time, Nathan and Stick retreated, activating their spiritual defense technique.
In their minds, their consciousness condensed into solid mental "iron plates," resisting the sound-based intimidation they knew was coming.
Nathan's reasoning was clear: if Luke was injured, he could heal. But if Nathan himself was overwhelmed, the battle was over.
Luke met Black Void head-on.
With a flash of steel, she drew her dual blades, their edges catching the dim light like falling ice.
Nathan reacted instantly, tossing a handful of mechanical buttons into the air. The devices flew toward Black Void like shuriken.
She sliced two of them in half midair—black smoke and sparks hissed out.
But the other two stuck—to her blades.
Zzzzzttt!
High-voltage electricity surged up the swords and across her arms!
Stick's eyes lit up. "Well done!"
But then—
Black Void emerged from the smoke—completely unharmed.
Stick's smile faded. "No damage... that's not good. The integration level is already extremely high."
Nathan narrowed his eyes.
His devices had once stunned even the Rhino, a powerhouse villain. And yet Black Void just shrugged it off.
Luke Cage clashed with her.
She moved like a shadow—blades like twin serpents—slashing at Luke.
Clang!
The blades struck his skin directly—and bounced off.
"Unbelievable..." Black Void muttered. "This body... is like metal."
Luke grinned.
He punched—hard.
She raised both blades to block, but the impact sent her flying backwards, flipping mid-air before landing again.
She sneered. "Impressive... but still not enough."
Dark tendrils of aura slithered along her arms, coating the blades like ink.
The blades darkened. The aura sharpened them. Enhanced them.
Stick growled, "She's using demonic techniques to enhance her weapons."
The clash resumed.
Clang! Clang! Clang!
Steel met skin. Sparks flew. The air trembled.
But even with the enhanced edge, her blades couldn't pierce Luke's skin.
Stick gasped, "Her weapons are terrifyingly sharp... and still useless against him."
Nathan smirked. The stronger Luke's body, the stronger his own serum-enhanced body would be.
Black Void frowned. Her confidence began to erode.
This wasn't how her encounters usually went.
Still, Luke could feel pain. Each impact, though unable to cut him, sent tingling sensations through his nerves.
He gritted his teeth, retaliating with raw force.
Punches, kicks—like falling hammers.
The lab floor cracked beneath them.
Furniture shattered. Equipment exploded.
Eventually, Luke's sheer force sent Black Void crashing back again, skidding across the ground.
Still, she stood.
"You're tougher than expected," she hissed.
Luke shrugged. "That's about all I've got. Just good old-fashioned durability."
Black Void didn't smile.
Instead, she dropped both her side swords and slowly drew the long blade from her back.
The air went cold.
A chilling aura radiated from the sword. The blade shimmered with strange flowing light.
Nathan's eyes narrowed.
That sword... was not normal.
"This is the blade meant to kill you," Black Void said, glancing at Nathan. "But I guess he'll be the first to taste it."
She charged again.
Luke moved to dodge—
But Black Void opened her mouth.
A piercing, sonic shriek erupted from her throat, invisible yet razor-sharp.
Luke froze. Paralyzed.
Even Nathan and Stick staggered, feeling the psychic echo in their heads—but thanks to their spiritual iron plate technique, the effect was dulled.
Then—she struck.
Psshhhk!
The sword plunged into Luke Cage's abdomen.
Blood spilled instantly.
It had pierced his skin.
Stick gasped. "That sword... what is it made of?! It actually penetrated Luke's body!"
Nathan's heart tightened.
He had expected resistance—but not this.
Still, Luke was built tough. He wouldn't die from one blow. He could stabilize.
But it was clear: this sword was made of something truly dangerous.
"Cabernet Alloy," Nathan whispered.
Also known as Carbonana alloy, it was a super metal, just beneath Vibranium and Adamantium in strength.
Its true value?
It suppressed self-healing.
Deadpool's twin swords were made of it.
Black Void smirked. "Ah, so you recognize it."
"This blade was made... to restrain you."
Nathan looked to Luke, who was now bleeding heavily.
Luke's natural healing was weak—and without help, he might bleed out.
Nathan had to end this. Fast.
He had hoped to save his trump card. But now...
It was time to unleash his electricity.
Black Void charged again, sword gleaming.
Nathan raised his shield—and met her head-on.
Clang!
Lightning crackled from his body, flowing into the Vibranium shield.
Black Void's eyes widened.
She felt it—real danger.
She tried to retreat.
But it was too late.
"Now." Nathan said, his voice like thunder.
He activated every volt stored inside him.
BOOM!
Full electric release.
The underground lab lit up like a storm.
