Jason rose to his feet, smiling as if the battlefield were a private stage.
"Diana. Kara. Raven," he called calmly. "Come."
The moment his voice carried, all three turned toward him without hesitation and moved to his side.
Behind them, Grail staggered upright, blood smeared across her mouth from Diana's relentless blows. Her scream tore through the chaos."Damn it! You bitch! I won't let you escape!"
Granny Goodness watched Kara retreat with narrowed eyes, disbelief flickering across her face. Once Kara had unlocked that cursed energy, the fight had tilted hard against her. Mad Harriet fared no better, barely standing after Raven's magic had crushed her into the ground.
Jason glanced once at the girls, then spoke again."Zatanna. Open the portal."
Zatanna nodded, hands already moving. "As you wish."Reality split open beside them in a swirl of magic. "Girls. Time to leave."
Diana cracked her knuckles, eyeing Grail. "Hmm. I wanted to hit her a few more times."
Kara laughed, wiping blood from her lip. "Too bad. Jason's about to commit a war crime."
Raven lowered her gaze. "Sorry. I couldn't kill her in time."
"No need," Jason replied evenly. "Didn't want you to. Leave the blood to me. Now go."
One by one, they stepped through the portal.
Granny Goodness and the Furies arrived just as Jason remained alone. Granny sneered, her voice dripping with contempt."Running away? I expected more pride from a fool like you. Though I suppose it fits someone who sends his women to fight his battles."
Jason laughed softly. "Are you trying to taunt me into staying?"
He tilted his head, eyes gleaming."It worked. I'll kill you all. Then I'll leave."
His gaze flicked from Grail, to Sinestro clashing with Atrocitus in the distance, then back to Granny.
"Domain Expansion," he said calmly. "Malevolent Shrine."
The world collapsed.
Darkness flooded outward, transforming the battlefield into an endless black lake. A massive shrine loomed behind Jason, silent and monstrous. He stood within it like a king who had long since grown used to hell.
Sinestro and Atrocitus froze mid-fight as the realization hit them. Grail and Granny scanned the void in shock.
"What have you done?" Granny demanded.
"Not much," Jason replied. "Just answering your taunt. You're all here to die."
Grail scoffed, forcing bravado into her voice. "You think you can take all four of us?"
Sinestro floated closer, wary. "Do not underestimate him. His reputation is earned."
Atrocitus roared, rage boiling over."JASON ANDERSON! You interfere before I even finish slaughtering the Manhunters!"
Jason looked at him, almost bored."As explained. You're here to die too."
"You dare betray me!"
"This isn't betrayal," Jason said lightly. "Our deal was fulfilled. You got your vengeance. I got your help. Now I kill you for my own reasons."
Atrocitus snarled. "What have I done to you?"
Jason shrugged. "Nothing. Don't take it personally. I don't need a reason."
He smiled wider."You and Sinestro are priorities though. Rings like yours? Very interesting. I'm taking them."
Sinestro exhaled slowly. "Then there is no reasoning with you. We will have to fight together."
"I kill him," Atrocitus growled. "Then I kill you."
"Our goal was always his death," Granny said coldly. "Your help is irrelevant."
Grail glared. "You're dead, Jason."
Jason looked at them all and laughed."Adorable. A villain team-up."
He raised his hand slightly."Now die."
"Attack!" Sinestro shouted.
He never moved.
His head dropped to the black surface, eyes frozen in shock. The last thing he saw was Jason tracing an invisible line through the air.
"That's one," Jason said pleasantly.
The others scattered instantly.
Granny Goodness struck first, crashing into him with both fists. Or so she thought.
She looked down.
Her hands were gone.
Confusion flashed across her face before her head slid from her shoulders and vanished into the dark.
Atrocitus roared, forming a massive crimson bull of rage and hurling it forward.
It split cleanly in half.
He attacked again from another angle, fire pouring from his mouth.
His body followed the same fate.
Jason turned calmly as Atrocitus fell apart.
Only Grail remained.
She stood frozen, terror finally breaking through her arrogance.
"Well?" Jason asked softly. "What are you going to do?"
She stumbled backward."P-Please. My father will kill you. Use me. Ransom. He'll pay."
Jason tilted his head."I didn't expect you to crumble like this."
He leaned closer."Want a secret?"
She swallowed.
"I'm killing you because you're the ones I judged most likely to survive what's coming."
"Nukes?" she whispered.
"Yes," Jason said. "WarWorld is in orbit. I'm bombarding this planet."
He raised his hand.
Her head fell before the scream finished.
Jason collected the rings from Sinestro and Atrocitus, then dissolved the domain.
The war outside still raged.
He stepped through the portal and spoke calmly."Harley. Blast them all."
The portal closed.
The sky turned black, not with shadow, but with falling fire. Hundreds of rockets descended, annihilating everything beneath them. The planet itself began to fracture, slipping out of balance.
Zatanna stared at the devastation. "You think the planet's done?"
"Eventually," Kara replied. "Planetary busters tend to do that."
Jason didn't look back.
Seated upon WarWorld's throne, he guided the fortress away into the void, leaving nothing but ruin behind.

Harley hopped onto Jason's lap, grinning.
"Daddy! Did I do good?"
Jason nodded once."Yes, Harley. You did great."
Harley beamed, practically vibrating in Jason's lap.
"YAY!"
"Yeah… yay," Kara said flatly, throwing her arms up. "We just committed mass murder. YAY."
Harley copied the gesture instantly, mocking her with a grin."Hmph. You're just jealous!"
"Jealous of what exactly?" Kara shot back.
"Not getting the chance to sit on Daddy's lap," Harley said proudly.
Kara froze."What? For your information, I am not interested in sitting on your 'DADDY's' lap. Okay?"
Harley shrugged. "Your loss. All the girls want it."
"Pfft. Yeah sure. I'm not delusional like you," Kara said, then turned toward Diana. "No disrespect, but it's only you and Diana who think that, right Zatanna?"
Zatanna hesitated "Well...."
Kara's eyes widened. "What. Don't tell me."
Zatanna looked away. "I sorta...Like Jason now....A lot..."
Kara opened her eyes wide! as she turned to Jason
Jason didn't even look back saying "Already claimed."
Kara snapped her head toward him. "What are you doing, some kind of magic on their minds? Is it the cursed energy thing?!" as she looked at her hand shocked
Diana laughed, walking over and placing a hand on Kara's shoulder."I don't use cursed energy, hun. He's just that charming."
Kara stared between them, visibly malfunctioning."No he's not. I mean… he's handsome, and strong, and whatever. Manly. And… nice. But he's still…"
"He's still what?" Zatanna pressed. "Go on. Name one bad thing."
Kara crossed her arms. "He's a womanizer."
Zatanna smirked. "You're the one who said harems are fine by space standards. You can't backtrack now."
"Well yeah, but I didn't think I'd actually…" Kara trailed off, clearly annoyed with herself.
Jason sighed. "Girls. Leave Kara alone. If she doesn't want any part of this, that's her choice."
Diana nodded and calmly sat on his right lap. Zatanna immediately stepped closer.
"where's my place?!" she said sharply.
Kara looked at the scene, clicked her tongue."Tsk. Come on, Raven. Let's get out of here."
Raven paused.
"Uhm....I want to stay."
Kara's eye twitched."Ugh. Fuck you all."
She turned and stormed off, leaving laughter, tension, and Jason's quiet smile behind as WarWorld continued drifting through the void.
