Chapter 147 - The Pure God’s Wrath

Chapter 145 — The Pure God's Wrath

The ruins were silent.

Smoke rose from the destroyed market. Broken stone, shattered weapons, and fallen soldiers covered the ground.

Shen Karguro stood at the center.

His body trembled.

Not from exhaustion—

But from rage.

Lare felt something wrong.

"Shen… this power—

It's not dark."

Shen's breathing slowed.

The darkness around him began to fade.

The black energy that once roared like a beast was forced out, erased by something far deeper.

Something absolute.

A pulse spread from Shen's chest.

BOOM.

The air froze.

Light—

not blinding, not violent—

but pure, clean, and terrifyingly calm—

flooded the battlefield.

The Arcane General, who was trying to stand again, suddenly dropped to his knees.

"What… is this…?"

Behind Shen, the sky split open.

A gigantic divine symbol appeared—

a perfect, radiant mark carved from pure existence itself.

It was not magic.

It was not darkness.

It was Godhood.

Shen's eyes turned completely white.

No emotion.

No mercy.

Only judgment.

"This power…" the Arcane General whispered in horror.

"It's not arcane… it's not cursed…"

Shen took a step forward.

Each step crushed the ground into nothingness.

"You crossed the line," Shen said calmly.

"And now… you disappear."

The Arcane General screamed and unleashed everything—

arcane flames, cursed spears, dimensional cuts.

Shen walked through them.

They vanished before touching him.

In a single instant—

Shen appeared in front of the General.

His fist struck.

No explosion.

No sound.

The General's body folded inward, bones collapsing, organs crushed instantly.

Shen grabbed him by the head—

And smashed him into the ground again.

And again.

And again.

Like a god punishing an insect.

The battlefield shook violently.

The Arcane General tried to regenerate—

The divine symbol behind Shen glowed.

Regeneration ceased to exist.

"STOP—!" the General begged.

Shen looked down at him.

Cold.

Empty.

"You don't get mercy."

One final punch.

The Arcane General's body erased, reduced to light fragments that vanished into nothing.

No corpse remained.

Silence.

The divine symbol slowly faded.

Shen stood alone, his aura settling into a quiet, terrifying purity.

Lare whispered, shaken.

"That wasn't rage anymore…"

"That was a god passing judgment."

Shen closed his eyes.

When he opened them—

He looked human again.

But something had changed.

Far away, Saen felt it.

He fell to one knee.

"This power…" he whispered.

"This is… the true god."

Shen looked toward the horizon.

The Arcane Minister still lived.

And now—

Nothing could stop him.
